✨ How to Use Your Ritual
  1. Shake Well: Gently shake the bottle before each use to awaken the botanical oils.
  2. Spray & Massage: Apply 5 to 10 sprays directly onto clean skin over sore muscle groups, joints, or the bottoms of your feet. Then massage into the targeted rea. For sleep support, apply in the evening or about 20–30 minutes before bed.  
  3. Breathe Deeply: Inhale the calming aroma of sweet orange, tangerine, chamomile, lavender, and mint as you massage the liquid into your skin.
  4. Rinse (Optional): A slight tingle during the first 20 minutes is completely normal as the minerals absorb. If preferred, you can easily wipe or rinse away any leftover mineral salt residue after 20 minutes.

    ⚠️ Safety Directions
    • For Topical Use Only: Do not ingest or spray into eyes, mouth, or open wounds.
    • The Magnesium Tingle: A slight itching or tingling sensation is completely normal during the first 15–20 minutes of use. This simply means your body is absorbing the mineral.
    • How to Handle Tingling: If the sensation is too intense or leaves a white salt residue, you can safely wipe or rinse your skin with a damp cloth 20 minutes after applying.
    • Shaving Notice: Avoid spraying onto freshly shaved skin, as the high concentration of mineral salts will cause temporary stinging.
    • Skin Patch Test: If you have highly sensitive skin, apply 1–2 test sprays to an inconspicuous patch of skin before full-body application. This original formulation may be too strong for sensitive skin; Lunella, the children's lower dilution may be more suitable if this is the case.
    • Discontinue Use: Stop using the product if severe irritation, redness, or burning occurs and does not subside after rinsing
