Our Unscented Nocturna Magnesium Mist is a soothing post-workout or nightly ritual in a bottle. This concentrated magnesium blend can be used as an both evening calming muscle mist  or for those post-workout moments where you need some extra TLC., Nocturna is crafted to help relax tired muscles, melt away tension, which can support a more restful sleep.

Many people also find it helpful for easing growing pains in children and teens; a few spritzes of our magnesium mist with light massage on legs or feet can help calm nighttime discomfort.

How to Use Nocturna:

Shake gently before use.  
- Spray 3–10 times onto clean skin (legs, feet, shoulders, or any tired muscles).  
- Gently massage in until absorbed.  
- For sleep, apply in the evening or about 20–30 minutes before bed.  
- Avoid face, broken or freshly shaved skin, and delicate areas.

• For children or sensitive skin, start with fewer sprays and patch‑test on a small area first or try our Lunella Magnesium Moon Mist formulated with younger children in mind.

Ingredients: Distilled water, High-purity flakes of Magnesium Chloride (MgCl2) produced from seawater through evaporation.
